    Shipping rates are automatically calculated through our checkout page when you enter your zip code. Shipping cost will vary depending on your location.

    All products in stock will be processed and shipped within 5 business days . If an item is on backorder, you will find the estimated shipping date on the item page.

    You will receive the tracking information VIA email once the item has been shipped.

  • Can I return my purchase?

    The Lotus Shop has a no refund policy with the exception of items that are damaged or defective. The Lotus Shop reserves the right to refuse a refund. If you have any concerns about your product or received a damaged product, please click here or email contactthelotusshop@gmail.com
