Because of the nature of our products, The Lotus Shop has a no refund policy on all bath salts, personalized orders, and services with the exception of items that are damaged or defective.
For all other products, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order excluding all services and herbal bath salts. Please also note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated through our checkout page when you enter your zip code. Shipping cost will vary depending on your location.
The Metaphysical Marketplace is filled with different product shipped from different manufactures. This will cost the processing and shipping times to vary. All products in stock will be processed and shipped within 7 business days. If you order has not been shipped within this timeframe, please email contactthelotusshop@gmail.com. If an item is on backorder, you will find the estimated shipping date on the item page.
You will receive the tracking information VIA email once the item has been shipped.
